The Swiss has established himself as a capable grand prix driver and impressed the team with his burgeoning developmental ability. But doubts remain over his outright pace and he must kick on in his third season. A favourite of Red Bull junior programme boss Helmut Marko, he has vowed to take a few more risks this season to prove that he might one day be a credible Red Bull Racing driver, but needs to re-assert himself over team-mate Alguersuari, who had a strong finish to 2010. We know he's rapid and not out of his depth, but this year he must show he's more than that.
