Ferrari starts every new season with the declared intention of winning the championship. But after 2010's near-miss, there's a distinct edge of urgency about the team. Talk of having catastrophically dropped the ball in the final race has now shifted to recognition that it squandered too many points at the start of the season, but changes have been made to address both of those complaints. The technical team has been reorganised, an aggressive development programme has been laid out, and Luca di Montezemolo has made it clear that his expectations are sky high. Fernando Alonso is fully settled, but the team's constructors' championship hopes rest on Felipe Massa rediscovering his mojo.
